It's many years since I bought a car having been a company car driver for at least the last 25 years. I was amazed how things have changed or maybe it was just this place. The people here are so down to earth and easy to deal with and speak plain English. There's no hard sell tactics and everything just sells itself as it all immaculate. First time I've used Motorworks and it won't be the last.
After seeing the car on Autotrader I called Motorworks and spoke to Phil to see if it was still available, he promptly sent me a video of the car which resulted in me reserving it as it looked immaculate.
We went to view the car on Saturday, from the moment we arrived at the well-presented show room we were made to feel welcome. The car was ready for us to view and exactly as the video had shown it was immaculate. Phil left us to look round the car at our own leisure but was on hand to answer any questions, there was no pushy sales. With us not being local I'd mentioned to Phil that I'd want to drive the car back the same day, Phil sent me an email prior to our visit confirming everything that I needed on the day, as a result the handover went smoothly.I can't fault the service I received, Phil was professional, friendly and helpful. Fantastic service by The Motorworks from start to finish. Phil was very helpful with both the purchase and my part-ex. The whole process was very smooth and I collected my new car within a few days. We discovered a fault with the aerial after driving the vehicle away. We decided to look into it ourselves and bought the part to which Phil reimbursed us. He could not do enough.

A Wonderful Experience
Philip at Motorworks is the most honest and helpful person (car salesman) I have ever bought a car from. From the moment I phoned to enquire about about the car to the time I drove away with my new purchase. Not once did he hassle me or even try to sell me a vehicle, may be because the cars he has sell themselves, Quality. So if you don't want the usual "I have 10 people wanting in this car, you won't find a better price and if you don't get it today it will be gone tomorrow" car salesman then you will not be disappointed if you go here. The showroom is immaculate and airy and very well maintained. Phil clearly knows his stuff and allowed us to discuss our options in a relaxed environment. There was never any pressure to purchase a vehicle. The car is fantastic and was very well presented. We've had it a few months now and really impressed with it.
Over all a great experience from start to finish. I usually hate car shopping due to the typical second hand car salesman attitude but The Motorworks is a breath of fresh air and I'll definitely be paying them another visit in future.
